Representation of banks and other lenders in various aspects of commercial lending including the following: construction and mini-perm loans covering various real estate projects such as apartments, condominiums, retail shopping centers, medical office buildings and surgical centers and development of acreage into residential and commercial lots; term loans for the purchase and sale of real estate; term loans secured by ship or fleet mortgages; unsecured credit facilities; asset based lending facilities; and syndicated credit facilities. Typical transactions range from $1 to $15 million, but have ranged up to $100 million. Representation of developers of commercial real estate projects such as apartments, condominiums, retail shopping centers, medical office buildings and surgical centers and development of acreage into residential and commercial lots.
