Professional Experience

Liz’s practice focuses on real estate and business transactions. She assists clients with the acquisition and disposition of commercial real property, due diligence, financing, and leasing. She also assists clients with business law matters, including purchase and sale of stock, purchase and sale of assets, and joint ventures. In addition, she regularly advises clients in matters involving the negotiation and documentation of commercial agreements. Prior to joining Campbell & Riggs, Liz served as vice president and assistant general counsel for a publicly traded company where she provided a broad range of legal counsel to multiple departments and senior management, including real estate and commercial transactions, contract interpretation, dispute resolution, employment matters, government inquiries, and policies and procedures. Liz is solution oriented and employs a practical approach when advising her clients.
